Advance Machine Specialties provides custom CNC machining, application-specific workholding, and replacement machine components from our facility in Fort Pierce, Florida. We support automotive, aerospace, medical, energy, marine, water-treatment, and general industrial projects.
CNC machining capacity
- CNC milling: Two Haas machining centers with approximately 40 × 20 × 20 inches of work envelope
- CNC turning: Okuma lathe capacity up to approximately 8 inches in diameter and 14 inches in length
- Inspection: Gauges, micrometers, calipers, and in-machine probing selected to match the job
- Quality planning: Tolerance and inspection requirements are reviewed for each project before quoting
Materials we machine
Our experience includes aluminum, mild steel, 4140 and 4340 alloy steels, 304/316/440 stainless steels, Delrin and other acetal materials, PVC, PVDF, Fluorosint 500, G-10, fiber-reinforced polymers, and additional materials selected for the application.
From one-off parts to repeat production
We support prototypes, one-off components, replacement parts, and production runs up to roughly 1,000 pieces depending on part size and complexity. Repeat and blanket orders are a particularly good fit: scheduled releases can help small and midsize companies reduce cash tied up in inventory while maintaining a dependable supply of parts.
Fixture design and product development
AMS can work from prints, CAD models, photos, samples, or an early-stage idea. We design custom fixtures and can help develop a new component from concept through production.
