Refund policy

15-day returns

Unused standard products may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. Products must be in new, resalable condition and accompanied by the original packaging when practical. Contact Advance Machine Specialties before sending a return so we can issue return authorization and instructions.

For preference changes, duplicate orders, or customer ordering mistakes, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Advance Machine Specialties covers reasonable return and replacement shipping for verified fitment problems, quality defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors.

Nonreturnable items

Made-to-order and custom products are not returnable except under the fitment and workmanship guarantee below. Opened lubricant products are not returnable.

Fitment and workmanship guarantee

AMS-made products are guaranteed to fit the equipment or application stated in the product listing and to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when delivered. If there is a problem, contact us with the order number, equipment or application details, and clear photos. Advance Machine Specialties will repair or replace the item. If replacement is not practical, AMS may issue a refund.

This guarantee does not cover an incorrect application, improper installation, customer modification, misuse, collision damage, or normal wear. Custom work is evaluated against the requirements approved by the customer before manufacturing. Sourced products are evaluated separately for defects and incorrect items.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and card processing times vary.
